A customer has an active Office 365 Exchange Online Plan 1 subscription with 20 licenses (using a custom domain ABC123.com). Since they're paying this subscription with a credit card and are willing to standarize their purchases though Open program, I have several questions regarding this upgrade:
- Can you upgrade a "credit-card based" tenant into an "open-license based" one?. The customer wants to upgrade their 20 Exch Online Plan 1 into 20 Office 365 Business Premium. If possible, i'm assuming that this upgrade will have 0 impact in end users.
- If you cannot make this upgrade, what should be the reccomended approach? If we have use a brand new tenant, we must mantain the same domain for email accounts and have minimum impact over end users.
