Unable to login after removing Domain

Hello and good day all,  after removing the default domain from my office 365 E1 subscription I am unable to log in.  The error message I receive is the following; "We don't recognize this user ID or password Make sure you typed the user ID assigned to you by your organization. It usually looks like someone@example.com or someone@example.onmicrosoft.com. And check to make sure you typed the correct password."

 

I know that the userid and password are correct as I was able to use it the day I removed the domain however it seems that I am now unable to access any of the accounts or the portal.

 

Any ideas as to how I can correct this issue.  I am even unable to access the community sites as my Office 365 accounts.
