Office 365 Search

hi all,

         I am new in office 365. I have a question regarding search.When search is crawl in office 365 search?  As in sharepoint we are able to forcefully crawl search. how we can do that in office 365? And is it possible we can create rule and exclude some pages from search result.?

and also from can it search  content from document library aspx pages?

and also can we open html file of document library in browser??
